Three Computer Positions that set you up for Injury
1. Computing in bed
This puts you in awkward positions with stress and strain to your neck, back, and extremities. This habit is never a good position or ergonomic.
2. Couch computing
This is usually in awkward positions on a non-supportive sitting surface without low back support
3. Laptop Computing
When the screen is at the correct height the keyboard to too high. When the keyboard is at the right height the screen is too low. This sets you up for pain and injury.
