Ergonomic Evaluation
DeskHealth Solution assesses your workplace to ensure that job tasks, equipment, and environment are designed to fit the physiological and cognitive capabilities of your or the worker. Rather than forcing the individual to adapt to a poorly designed workspace, this assessment identifies ergonomic risk factors—such as repetitive motions, awkward postures, and excessive force—that can lead to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). By systematically analyzing the interaction between the worker and their tools, organizations can implement data-driven improvements that not only reduce injury rates and workers’ compensation claims but also significantly boost productivity and employee morale.
Ergonomic Evaluation includes:
- Initial evaluation (usually 45 min to an hour) – Onsite or remote
- Research and recommendations of changes or equipment needed
- A follow up 4-6 weeks later (on site if needed) to make sure new set up is going smoothly
